We collect information provided by customers such as names, email addresses, shipping addresses, child details, uploaded photographs, custom messages, and optional marketing consent. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.
Use of Information
Information is used solely to create and deliver personalized storybooks, generate illustrations and audio narration, provide customer support, and improve services. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Photos & Personal Content
Uploaded photos are used only for personalization of the ordered product and are never used publicly without explicit consent.
AI & Audio Narration
KahaniKraft uses AI tools to generate story text, illustrations, and audio narration.
Audio Narration Disclosure
Audio narration is generated using licensed AI voice technology, including ElevenLabs. Narration uses synthetic voices and does not represent or imitate any real individual.
QR Code Audio Access
With explicit consent, short animated previews or clips may be used for marketing. Consent is optional and revocable.
Data Retention & Deletion
Photos and personalization data are stored for up to one (1) week after delivery for corrections, after which they are permanently deleted unless otherwise requested.
Your Rights
Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.
Data Fiduciary
KahaniKraft acts as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data collected and processed through its website and services, as defined under the Digital Personal Data
Protection Act, 2023.
