Nature of Products
All products are customized and made-to-order based on customer-provided information.
KahaniKraft creates original stories, characters, and illustrations.
We are unable to create or reproduce content based on copyrighted or trademarked characters, cartoons, movies, TV shows, games, or books (such as popular cartoons, superheroes, or well-known fictional worlds).
If a request includes protected content, we will instead offer a unique, original alternative inspired by general themes or interests.
Orders & Customization
Customers are responsible for accuracy of submitted details. Minor artistic variations may occur.
Payments & Refunds
Payment must be completed before production. Due to personalization, refunds are not offered except for defects or delivery damage.
Intellectual Property
All story text, illustrations, audio narration, and designs remain the intellectual property of KahaniKraft. Customers receive a personal, non-commercial license.
Audio Attribution & Licensing
Audio narration is generated using licensed AI voice technology provided by ElevenLabs (elevenlabs.io). Redistribution or public sharing is prohibited.
Optional Marketing Consent
Permission to use animated previews for marketing is optional and revocable.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
